In follow-up to the media announcement about Durham Community Health Centre launching the Youth Wellness Hub Ontario (YWHO) provincial model, we are excited to invite community youth-serving agencies to a special virtual meeting.

This session will provide an opportunity to:

  • Learn about the YWHO provincial model from the CAMH YWHO project team
  • Meet the Durham Community Health Centre leaders driving this work forward
  • Engage in dialogue about the Durham YWHO model
  • Explore opportunities for partnership and collaboration
