2025 DCHC Golf Classic Driving Community Health “Foreward”
Durham Community Health Centre (DCHC) is pleased to announce our 2025 Annual Golf Classic, in support of our equity-based programs & services. The tournament will be hosted at Deer Creek Golf Club in Ajax, Ontario.
Our Golf Classic is not just a sporting event, it’s an opportunity to contribute to the elimination of systemic barriers to health care and wellness. By participating in this event, you are actively contributing to supporting our equity-based programs and services.
This full-day event features a round of golf, food and drink stations, fun challenges, breakfast, lunch, and more!

Key Tournament Timing
- Golfers arrive & Registration: 8:15 – 8:30 a.m.
- Shotgun start: 10:00 a.m.
- Wrap-up & close: 5:00 p.m.
