Parent Relief Series is for parents and caregivers of children ages 18 months – 6 years old.
DCHC offers a parent respite program for folks who may need to make an appointment, or just need a little break.
This respite program can be accessed monthly by individuals who need some child-minding support. Healthy snacks are provided.

Thursdays at Queen Elizabeth Hub, 1205 Simcoe St. N. Oshawa
Fridays at DCHC, 115 Grassmere Ave.
