Community Sweat Lodge with Grey Cloud is open to all members of the community! Step into a sacred space guided by traditional teachings, songs, and spirit. The Sweat Lodge Ceremony is a time to learn, release, reconnect, and restore your spirit. This Sweat Lodge will be facilitated by James Carpenter (Grey Cloud).

  • A Skirt or Shorts (Optional)
  • Tobacco
  • A Water Vessel
  • A Journal (Optional)
  • An Open Heart and Mind
