Help A Girl Out – Period Workshop

Calling all youth ages 9-15! Join us for an engaging and interactive Period Education & Menstrual Health Workshop.

This welcoming and inclusive workshop will provide youth with practical information about menstruation, menstrual hygiene, and the different period products available.

Registration is required. Light drinks and snacks will be provided!
