13 Moons Circle

April 16, 2026 @ 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Price: Free

We invite you to join the 13 Moons Learning Circle. Together, we reclaim Anishinaabe Women’s teachings, sisterhood, and the kinship lost along the way. This event is open to everyone but priority will be given to those with Indigenous Relations.

Indigenous women have lived for centuries in rhythm with the lunar cycle of Nokomis Giizis, Grandmother Moon.

This program is a commitment to yourself and your experience as a women on our Mother Earth. Over the next 13 moons, we will gather to understand the moon medicine within us, uplift our spirits with our sisters and our community.

We walk the path of Mino Bimaadiziwin, the path to the good life, together, supported by the teachings of Anishinaabe Elders and Grandmothers.

Registration for this event is a commitment to attend all 13 dates listed and is strictly capped at 13 participants. Registration closes on January 9, 2026. To Learn more or register, please contact Mary Sue at: mrobinet@durhamchc.ca
