We are proud to announce that our Primary Care Mobile Clinic is expanding its reach!
Our Mobile Clinic Team, led by Nurse Practitioners, provides clinical, wellness and health education services to priority populations throughout Durham Region.
We are now accepting new clients for primary care at the following locations:
- Ismaili Centre (520 Westney Rd S., Ajax)
- CFOC Ajax (158 Harwood Ave., Ajax)
The Primary Care Mobile Clinic provides services including:
- Registration for ongoing primary care
- Routine physicals and diagnostic requisitions
- Disease prevention and health promotion screenings
- Vaccinations and immunizations
- Baby and child wellness checks
- Cancer screening
- STI testing
- Mental health consultations
- Prescription refills (excluding narcotics)
- Form completion with no charge (if eligible)
- Wound care
- Referrals to specialists needed
- And much more!

Hepatitis C and Harm Reduction Mobile Clinic
Members of our Hepatitis C and Harm Reduction Teams use our Mobile Clinic to provide onsite health and wellness care and education to those in need throughout Durham Region.
Services provided include:
- Hepatitis C Education and Awareness
- Point of Care Screening and Dry Blood Spot
- Screening
- Treatment Options
- Counselling support services providing case management, advocacy and emotional support
- Harm reduction supplies and Naloxone
- Information on Hep C Support and Peer Support Groups
- Access to outreach services bridging at risk groups to clinical and community services
