The East Region Virtual Care Clinic

Durham Community Health Centre is proud to be the East Region Hub for this Ministry of Health-funded program.

The East Region Virtual Care Clinic (ERVCC) ensures patients can access more timely care by providing virtual appointments with Nurse Practitioners for patients across Ontario’s East Region (see map of the East Region below, for reference).

The clinic serves:

Patients with new or persistent cough, fever, rash or other mild symptoms
Patients with health care questions seeking advice
Patients who either do not have a family doctor or cannot access their family doctor in a timely manner, given their health concern

How the ERVCC works

Patients can access the East Region Virtual Care clinic 7 days a week from 1:00 to 9:00 p.m. by registering at www.virtualcareontario.ca or by calling 1-888-684-1999.
