Baby steps is a 5-week registered support program for parents and their babies 0-10 months (non-walking). The 5-week series consists of topics related to self-care, postpartum depression, sleep, infant massage, yoga, and nutrition. A light healthy snack will be provided. Location: Dr Roberta Bondar Public School, 25 Sullivan Drive, Ajax. Entrance is at the YMCA

This workshop will assist adults living with Type 2 Diabetes in developing their understanding and skill in self-monitoring, appropriately maintaining good blood sugar levels, and becoming more familiar with how their diabetes medication works. Gender Affirming Chats are a space for folks that don’t identify with the gender they were assigned at birth or are questioning their gender to connect with each other. In-person and virtual options available. We’ll alternate between discussion topics, and a social space to play games, make some art and get to know each other.
