Baby steps is a 5-week registered support program for parents and their babies 0-10 months (non-walking).

The 5-week series consists of topics related to self-care, postpartum depression, sleep, infant massage, yoga, and nutrition.

A light healthy snack will be provided.

Location: Queen Elizabeth Public School, 1205 Simcoe St. N., Oshawa
