Healing Hearts is a four week grief group that will explore the following:
April 30: Defining grief and the things in our lives that bring grief as well as identifying the difference between grief and mourning.
May 7: Exploring the effects of grief and the stages of the grieving process.
May 14: Myths and misconceptions about grief and exploring the tasks of mourning.
May 21: How to care for yourself while mourning.
