Indigenous Women’s Healing Circle

July 24, 2024 @ 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Price: Free

The Indigenous Women’s Healing Circle is to help women along in their healing journeys. This allows participants to become aware of what is happening mentally, physically, and spiritually once affected by trauma and when in a triggered state.

Confidentiality is important in creating a safe space for emotional expression. What is shared in our group stays in our group. We want to create a safe space where women feel comfortable and confident being vulnerable in front of the group.

Journals will be given out to participants for daily journaling. These are personal journals will allow us to log our feelings, things throughout our day, hopes, dreams, stresses, and anything else that may be bringing strong emotion.

Registration opens July 10, 2024. Limited spots available then a waitlist will be provided.

For more information, and to register, please contact Kianna at: kmartin@durhamchc.ca or 905-723-0036 ext. 1061
