Manidoo-giizis (Spirit Moon) Full Moon Ceremony

Join the Indigenous Team at DCHC for a gathering celebrating Manidoo-Giizis (Spirit Moon). Manidoo-Giizis associates with the manitou Nanaboozho, who taught the Ojibwe people about the moon cycle and its connection to the natural world.

The Spirit Moon is a time for thinking about our relationships to the land, waters, and the spirit that infuses all things. A time for setting intentions for the year ahead and honouring the manitou Nanaboozho.
