Mindful Self-Compassion is a psycho-education group is for adults who recognize they often judge and criticize themselves. You will learn skills of mindfulness meditation and self-compassion in order to be kinder and more understanding of yourself. Research on self-compassion has shown that it boosts happiness and improves relationships while reducing anxiety, depression and shame.
No previous experience in mindfulness is required.
