Getting Along and Keeping your Cool: Anger Regulation Group is an eight-week skills-based program for adults ages 18+ teaching anger regulation techniques and building self-awareness. In this group participants will gain a better understanding of anger and strategies for identifying triggers. They will also learn skills to better cope, express emotions healthily, and manage conflict.
Parent coffee break is a time for parents to come and connect with other parents and enjoy hands on activities, refreshments and a healthy snack. For parents of children 0-6 years old.
