Baby Steps Ajax

Baby Steps Ajax is a 5-week registered support program for parents and their babies 0-10 months (non-walking).

The 5-week series consists of topics related to self-care, postpartum depression, sleep, infant massage, yoga, and nutrition. A light healthy snack will be provided.

Location: Dr. Roberta Bondar Public School, 25 Sullivan Drive, Ajax.
